Refund policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at kitchenifyuae@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approved returns may be subject to a return charge of AED 5, where applicable. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Products that are damaged through misuse or returned without the required packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
